Remember to Take Your Vitamins!

Ever since we were little kids we have been hearing about the importance of vitamins. Be sure to take your vitamins to help you grow big and strong and healthy. Heck, I still have memories of my mother running up to the bus stop to make sure that I got my daily cartoon inspired multi-vitamin before I started school! There is no doubt that vitamins are crucial to many, if not all, aspects of our health and development.

Here’s a fun twist on it and a way to get inspired for your day:
Vitamin A for ACTION
Vitamin B for BELIEF
Vitamin C for CONFIDENCE
Vitamin D for DISCIPLINE
Vitamin E for ENTHUSIASM
Don’t for get to take your vitamins to ensure a healthy and well-balanced day and for continued success in reaching your health and wellness goals!
